I was born in Ukraine in a beautiful region of Karpaty Mountains that is rich in breathtaking mountain views and fast rolling rivers. Early in my childhood I was in love with the world of beauty. I was always attracted to nature, flowers, and landscapes. I felt wave of energy whenever I looked at wildflowers, sunrise and sunset... These feelings have been beside me all my life. I want to create and transfer all my emotions to people through my art. During my teenage years, I studied at the art school in my home town of Ivano-Frankivsk. I dreamed to continue my education at the Academy of Arts in Kiev, but unfortunately life had other plans. Kids, family, my dreams became secondary but never forgotten. Now, 30 years later I came back to pencil and brushes and started to draw again. I am overfilled with joy during creation of each of my pieces. People often say:” With age feelings become dull, disappear”, with me it’s the opposite. My feelings became even sharper. I sense this unbelievable world of beauty with each cell of my body. Desire to create overfills me. I love to draw nature oil paintings, flowers, river, mountain vistas as well as people (painting Sophia Loren, portrait Michael Jackson, oil paintings of Nicole Kidman). I want to show their character, beauty, desire on canvas. Every time I have a free moment, I grab my brushes … and begin to create. I gladly accept orders for portraits, nature landscapes and other motifs.
